Dr. Ravi Bhatia is a leading ENT specialist in Faridabad and Delhi NCR, renowned for Cochlear Implant Surgery, hearing impairment treatment, sinus and skull base surgery, sleep apnea surgery, and rhinoplasty. He performed cochlear implant surgery on India’s youngest 5-month-old child and currently serves as the Director of ENT & Cochlear Implant at Sarvodaya Hospital. A gold medalist with an MBBS from VMMC, Sholapur and DLO from MRMC, Gulbarga, he brings over a decade of experience, backed by prior roles at Bhagwati and Cooper Hospitals in Mumbai. He is an active member of national ENT and medical associations, and is widely regarded as one of the best ENT surgeons in the region.

Dr. Ayush Chawla is a pioneering ENT and vertigo specialist known for bringing advanced vestibular diagnostics to Faridabad. With global credentials including DNB, DOHNS, and MRCS ENT (Royal College of Surgeons, England), he has performed 650+ ear surgeries and introduced cutting-edge vHIT testing in South India. At Synapse, he leads precision-based vertigo care using VNG, DVA, Posturography, and comprehensive vestibular rehabilitation—helping patients regain balance, hearing, and confidence.
Dr. Shivangi is a physiotherapist with a Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy and specialised expertise in Vestibular Rehabilitation. She diagnoses and treats vertigo, dizziness, and balance disorders, helping patients regain mobility, confidence, and quality of life. She holds advanced certifications in geriatric physiotherapy, PNF, therapeutic taping, Parkinsonism management, and pelvic floor rehabilitation, enabling her to create comprehensive, personalised treatment plans. In addition to clinical care, she also conducts CME sessions to educate healthcare professionals on vestibular rehabilitation.

Mansi Gupta is an experienced auditory-verbal therapist dedicated to helping children with hearing impairment—especially cochlear implant users—develop strong listening and spoken-language skills. With over seven years of practice and more than 100 cochlear-implanted children supported, she blends expertise with empathy to help young learners integrate sound confidently into their daily lives. Armed with advanced training in AVT and special education, Mansi also leads workshops, guides parents, and speaks at national conferences to strengthen awareness and professional skill in the hearing-care community.
Sukanya Arora is a child and adolescent psychologist with nearly 5 years of experience supporting emotional, behavioural, and developmental well-being. As Head of the Mental Health Department at DPS Greater Faridabad, she has guided 300+ children and families through counselling, assessments, and life-skills programs. A WHO Fides Member and published practitioner, she brings her expertise in CBT, developmental screening, and family counselling to Synapse—ensuring holistic care for young clients, including those with hearing and neurodevelopmental challenges.
